Our bike tour of Colombia starts tomorrow, so we spent most of today on a tour of Comuna 13, a once notorious neighborhood turned into a tourist destination by smart planning and beautiful murals. It was deemed safe enough for tourists in 2015, so lots of changes are fairly new. We also used the Metro, cable car and bus during the tour and saw how Medellín has really invested in their future over the last 25 years.
